As a reseller, you must:
- Accurately represent products to customers

3. Pricing Guidelines

- Set your own selling prices above wholesale price
- Recommended markup: 20-50% for sustainable business

- Do not undercut platform-recommended minimum prices
- Be transparent about delivery charges with customers
4. Order Processing
Follow this process for every order:
Receive Order
Take customer order from Facebook, WhatsApp, or your channels
Submit on Platform
Place the order through Online Business Store dashboard
Provide Details
Customer name, address, phone, and product details must be accurate
We Handle Rest
We manage packaging, dispatch, delivery, and tracking
5. Commission & Earnings
Your profit structure is simple and transparent:
- Profit Formula: Selling Price − (Product Cost + Courier Charge) = Your Profit
- No platform commission on your profits
- No additional hidden fees
- Profits credited to wallet after successful delivery
- Withdrawals available anytime (minimum ৳500)

Usage of provided marketing materials:

We may terminate your account if you:
